Tripar®,
Inc and Bill Brown Sales are pleased to announce. . .
Bill Brown Sales will represent Tripar®'s line of quality
lighting components to the U.S. lighting fixture market.
Bill Brown Sales has a long history of bringing together suppliers
and resources that expand and improve our customers' opportunities
in the market. Tripar® is no exception.
A maker of metal housings for recessed downlighting,
metal decorative housings, and faceplates, Tripar® specializes
in metal stamping and deep drawing. By marrying these capabilities
with one of the largest lighting component tool inventories
in North America, Tripar® is placed in a unique position
as a strategic partner to the lighting OEM who is looking
to be competitive in the recessed downlight market.
Tripar®'s diverse line of components for
recessed lighting includes all the elements required for commercial
and residential applications, whether they be for downlight,
compact fluorescent, PAR 16, 20, R30, MR16 or GU10 lamps.
Components for each of these include Housings in diameters
of 3-5/8" and 4"; Trim housings, Baffles, Gimbal
Rings or Eyeballs; Standard and Air-Tight Insulated Ceiling
(IC) Boxes; Plaster Frames; Outlet Boxes, Bar Hangars, Butterfly
Brackets and Retention Springs.
In addition, Tripar® also supplies a variety
of canopies that provide unique design options for suspended
fixtures, including the low profile canopy used in linear
fluorescent lighting.
What makes Tripar® stand out from the
competition? All tooling, process and machine automation is
designed, engineered and manufactured in Tripar's 65,000-square-foot
plant by a team of experienced tool designers and toolmakers.
With a custom and semi-custom tooling capability that draws
upon more than 50 years of experience, Tripar® offers
a great multitude of dies - more than 1,000. Whenever possible,
Tripar® uses the same tool-making prowess to modify dies
to suit their customers' designs. As a result, tooling is
often available at a reduced cost, requiring only partial
retooling and minimal modifications.
New Products
Tripar is now offering a new series of baffles and reflectors
with mating trims for MR16 & GU10 downlights. The low
profile 5" diameter trims accept either their new baffle
or reflector. With both parts being separate from the trim,
they can be painted the same or in a different color for contrast.
Secure trim and gimbal assemblies (for MR16,
GU10, PAR 20, 30) to recessed housing with Tripar's new series
of springs. The curved springs are mounted to the trim (curved
in or out) to secure a variety of trim assemblies to fit in
an equally wide variety of housing sizes. The spring ends
bind at any position within the housing with projecting teeth,
therefore the trim can always be flush to the ceiling, even
if the housing is installed slightly recessed or even canted.
A new line of airtight insulation ceiling (I.C.) boxes are
now available in a variety of sizes, designed to meet the
most stringent of regulations. Containing a double ceiling
with airspace of 7/16", the IC boxes are made from 24
GA galvanized steel. Custom holes or other features can be
added to suit special requirements. Included with the IC box
is a gasketed junction box in which both interior and exterior
junction box covers are available.
