Bill Brown, Chairman
Bill Brown, the industry’s elder statesman and friend to many, has been supplying the lighting marketplace with components for more than 50 years. To this day, the BBS team relies heavily on the extensive sales and manufacturing expertise of its chairman and founder in order to deliver on its commitment to superior product quality and customer service. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the IESNA and a committee member of the Commission Internationale De L’Eclairage.

Steve Brown, CEO
Though trained as an accountant, Steve Brown spent the majority of his early career with A.L.P. focusing on sales and marketing in different regions of the U.S. before returning to Chicago where he was ultimately appointed CEO. He has served as a board member of the IESNA in Chicago and Los Angeles. Steve plays a critical role in the company’s new product development, and channels his considerable energy and enthusiasm to customer service and company growth.

Donny Wall, Vice President Sales
Donny manages the revenue and field performance of the Bill Brown Sales team. He has worked in lighting his entire career, including in key positions at Cooper Lighting. In the past, he has managed key account relationships for BBS in the Southeast, and his market expertise and leadership skills are an asset to the sales team and OEM customers.

Bill Bartinicki, Regional Account Manager
Bill is responsible for the Central territory. He brings a broad base of product knowledge and customer service expertise to the position. Bill has been an integral part of the BBS family for 25 years, working his way through the ranks in customer service, plant and administrative positions, before being named to head a service initiative directed at OEM customers. For the last 15 years he has worked exclusively with OEMs in special account management and as a customer service team leader. In this capacity, he has developed in-depth product knowledge as well as a unique understanding of OEM requirements. He excels in guiding customers towards maximum profitability, including cross-selling the BBS “Unbeatable Combinations.”
Bill is responsible for BBS factory sales and support in the Central region, specifically Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio as well as the provinces of Ontario and Quebec in Canada.

Curt Good, Regional Account Manager
Curt has been named OEM Regional Account Manager for Bill Brown Sales. He brings nearly two decades of experience in the lighting industry to this position, having held sales and sales management positions for some of the field’s leading organizations. In that time, he has developed special expertise in commercial and industrial lighting, through his tenure at Leotek Eletronics, Cooper Lighting and Steiner Electric.
Curt’s product development expertise is sure to have a positive impact on customer projects and opportunities, while his service orientation and goal-driven approach is responsive to today’s market demands.
Curt is responsible for OEM sales and service in the South region, specifically Arkansas, Louisiana, South Carolina, Texas and key accounts in Georgia.

Pam Hodge, Regional Account Manager
Pam is responsible for the Mid-South territory. She is a seasoned customer advocate and product expert who brings nearly 20 years of lighting experience to the position. She also serves as East Regional Sales Manager for A.L.P. LexaLite®.
Having functioned in Customer Service, Project Management, and Product Management roles with LexaLite, Pam adds a multitude of talents to her new position. From a practical standpoint, this background brings extensive knowledge of customer, manufacturing and market perspectives, all critical to ongoing success. She is known for establishing rapport with customers, troubleshooting during the manufacturing process, and aggressive follow-up. The depth of her background includes experience writing pricing and RFQ procedures, ISO implementation, and involvement with Sarbanes-Oxley. In all, her well-rounded credentials will serve the interests of both BBS and its customers.

Michael Martin, Regional Account Manager
Michael is responsible for the Western territory. He is an accomplished sales and marketing professional who brings nearly 25 years of lighting-related experience to the position.
Michael has extensive territory knowledge and solid customer relationships in the region, having served accounts in the area for much of his career. In the past, he has held progressively responsible sales and sales management positions for such venerable organizations as Appleton/Emerson Electric, Cooper Lighting and Advance Transformer. Most recently, he was business development manager in the LED market for Sapa Extrusions. Michael’s expertise is in developing collaborative product development strategies with his customers.
Michael is responsible for BBS factory sales and support in the Western region, specifically Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and the province of British Columbia in Canada.

Glenn Mitchell, Regional Account Manager
Glenn Mitchell is Southeast OEM for Bill Brown Sales. In a career spanning almost two decades, Glenn has a noteworthy track record selling components and raw materials to commercial and distribution customers in the lighting market. He has held sales and sales management positions with Technical Consumer Products (TCP), Universal Lighting Technology, Bloch Aluminum, LexaLite and Alcoa.
Based outside of Atlanta and having worked in the area for most of his career, Glenn has a strong network of regional customer relationships. In addition, his long-established product expertise allows him to maximize customer opportunities.
Glenn is responsible for OEM sales and service in the Southeast region, specifically Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Texas and West Virginia.

Kurt Puffpaff, Regional Account Manager
Kurt is responsible for the lower Midwest and Southwest states. With more than 15 years of experience in the lighting industry, Kurt draws on his expertise in manufacturing, engineering, and business development, as well as extensive knowledge of plastics and lighting technology, to develop profitable solutions for his customers. As well as his prior tenure with BBS, he also handled business development for such leading organizations as LexaLite and Smurfit/Stone.
Kurt is responsible for BBS factory sales and support for the lower Midwest and Central regions, specifically Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma and South Dakota.

Tom Tarantino, Regional Account Manager
Tom is responsible for the Mid-Atlantic territory. He is a seasoned sales and marketing professional who brings more than 20 years of progressively responsible experience in the lamp industry to this position.
Tom has extensive territory knowledge and solid customer relationships in the region, having served accounts in the area throughout his extensive lighting career. In the past, he has held sales and sales management positions with such venerable organizations as TCP, Prolight, and Hanovia. While in these roles, he developed expertise in energy efficiency, supporting sales efforts with customer needs assessments and lighting project management, energy audits, as well as in-depth training and development programs.
Tom is responsible for BBS factory sales and support for the Mid-Atlantic region, serving OEM customers in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia and the Northeast region, specifically Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
